Hi everyone! Julie Marshall here with Customer Service. As you’re reading this, you might be wondering who I am. No need to wonder! If you’ve called us here at the main office, then you already know me-I am the voice on the other end of the line. It’s so nice to speak to y’all every day! I love being able to assist our customers when they call but I really want EVERYONE to know about our AMAZING new website!
In July we revamped our website to an entirely new platform. It has so many helpful features and functions for not only us but for you-our loyal customers! You can view our entire product line-our product information has become more detailed for every item and the ordering process has really, never been easier.
If you are a retailer and never ordered with us, WELCOME! You can easily create an account by going towww.gowhimsey.com, then “Sign In” and then click “Register.”
If you have ordered with us before and have not yet logged onto our new site, it’s super easy to activate your account. Simply go to our website www.gowhimsey.com, click “Sign In,” enter your email address that’s associated with your account, click “Forgot Password.” You’ll receive an email in your inbox of a link that will prompt you to reset your password for future logins.
The feature that I really want to tell y’all about is the “My Account” section. Once you log in, you can access the following:
Open Sales Orders
Invoices (orders that have shipped)
Links to download for images
Yep, that’s right! You can view AND print all of this information! If you need a copy of an invoice-print it! If you need a reminder of when you ordered those fabulous spring handbags last season-take a look! It’s all there! You will also see credit memos and canceled orders for your reference as well! Oh, and you can download images for your own advertising and social media-even lifestyle photos!
If you can’t tell by all the exclamation points I used, we are so excited to be able to now offer all of this to our customers. This information is available to you 365/24/7, all at the touch of your fingertips; take advantage of it!

As many of you have notice we launched a new website in July and now it is time to reveal our new blog, Connecting the Dots. As you know we love anything polka dots at MSC, but the meaning behind this goes much deeper. Three times a year MSC hosts a Warehouse Sale, which has become a tradition for bargain shoppers in Eastern North Carolina. Each sale is different and that is why our shoppers come back every year! At our Warehouse Sale, shoppers will find samples, limited production runs, returns, and overstocks. Early birds find products that we may not have produced for various reason and are truly ONE OF A KIND!
With a Warehouse Sale less than a week away, our staff is getting ready and very excited about the sale and seeing our friends that come to each and every sale!
Our Holiday Warehouse Sale starts Monday, November 12th – 14th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We also have a texting club with texting specials each day! To join the Warehouse Sale Texting Club, test the work TASSELS to 41411. So come find some great bargains and help us give back to our community!
